has anyone used api melafix to treat popeye on a discus? I hav a 4 yr old blue colbolt with popeye just starting in both eyes. He got sick after i purchased a new discus and placed it in my 75 gal tank. I have 5 others with no sign of anything yet.

i am no expert but Malifax is antimicrobial at best and when ever i have used it it has been ineffective,other experts in the forum will guide you more but i think you need strong antibiotic.
