Check your water conditions, cloud eye is usually a sign of poor water conditions, start daily water changes 30-50%

PH is 6.8 nitrite 0 ammonia o and nitrate is 10. I do weekly water changes at about 30%. They all seem happy and fine and the water is testing fine too . so not sure if I should do daily water changes

Yep agree with Shiney2512. Cloudy eye is basically an infection that's got into the eye, the condition is almost bordering on pop eye. Water changes 30-50% for min of 2 weeks, the eye will eventually clear.
