Dominant discus

Hi everyone.
I am new to the discus world and have just set up my tank with 6 stunning discus. At the moment there is one fish being dominant over all.but the fish seems to always chase the same 2. I have only had these fish together for 24 hours and was wondering how long the hole process of dominance will take.
