Mangrove driftwood question
Hey there, does anyone know out there if mangrove driftwood will suit a discus tank?
I'm guessing it should be ok but just checking with you all before I purchase any.
My only concern is that they're from two different parts of the world and wouldn't seem so 'natural'.
Thanks in advance....

As no one else has chimed in, I decided to do a little research, and was not able to find anything wrong with using mangrove driftwood for your Discus tank. The only real suggestion I saw that made total sense was to boil it, then to let it dry for a couple days. There should be no issue with the driftwood being from different parts of the world, as the boiling would kill anything living on the wood.
