Sick discus with nodules on tail and gill

    Hi all,
I bought this nice discus from the forum about 10 weeks ago. I met the buyer near my home and couldn't see them properly when we met. I did see pics on the members classified though. After 1 day I notice some whitish lumps on the base of the tail. I called the previous owner and he said it might of been a scratch. After a few days he settled well and eating well. After about 5 week I wormed with prazi and looking good but the tail growth was getting slightly bigger and on both sides of the tail. About 5 days ago he slowed his eating down and the face turned black on one side, plus general Colour darkened. I move him straight into the hospital tank. The face is extremely black on one side and not eating at all. Another lump same as the others behind the gill.
I will try and post pics which will help

Could that possibly be a bruise on his face? Hope someone can sort this out cause he is lovely
Before you judge a man, walk a mile in his shoes; after that, who cares?! He's a mile away and you've got his shoes!

    Thanks discus planetarium.

I know the pics rant great but the cists on the tail and gill would that be nerve damage?
