I did a bit of research and came across this filter system, and it looked like a good choice. The wife has been comenting on the water tasting really bad. 2 birds with 1 stone.

Fish are colouring up really nice now, it'll take a couple of days to get them back to where they were, but a good step forward. I'll fatten them up with some beef heart when there ready to start skofing food again.

    Hi Illusn,

Very good service. Pete has had discus for a number of years. Had a long discussion with him over the phone in selecting options a couple of years ago. I will be looking to upgrade to a newer system possible with UV during the second half of the year.

    Hi,
do you fill up your tank straight from the tap?? and if so how does this filter work if I use hot water as well to fill the tank back up.

Currently i just hook up a hose to the tap and fill the tank this way and could i connect this filter to the taps and still do this.

    Cheers Axl
