tank size
i have a spare 3x18x12 tank, and was thinking of getting some young discus and putting them in there.
i was wondering how many(i was thinking of getting about 10 fish)can i successfully keep in there and for how long before i have to move them into another tank.
ultimately i would like to get a pair out of the fish that i raise.
cheers marty

Blue Diamond Discus
Ideally you want about 40-50L per fish, even for juvies.
Dominant fish are known to excrete a hormone that inhibits the growth of the other in the group, so the more volume + frequent WC will reduce it's effect.
