Discus not doing well

Hi all,

I have a 600L tank with 12 discus & around 10 plecos. One of the discus is not doing well. It was black before. I have treated the whole tank with Metro and now I am treating with Sterazin. The fish is not black anymore but the color is still dull. It always isolates itself and is not eating the dry food I give. But it does nibble on the plants in the tank. Just now, I fed the fish with frozen blood worms and the sick fish seemed to be interested in the beginning. It started eating the worm but then spit it out. After a few try, it didn't eat anymore. The temperature of the tank is 32C. The other fish seem fine right now.

Can somebody please help me with the problem?
