    Not a very good shape, the dip in the forehead and the anal fin starts a bit far back. Colours are average but that could be washed out by camera, Colour should be the last thing to look for when choosing discus anyway.
    Looks a bit too young to have a guess at whether male or female.

    cheers rex sombody commented on the shape of the other fish (sibling) and mentioned the nose having a bump and said it could have been sick for a period of time.
    hopefully this is true because the parents are outstanding.

    It's by no means a train wreck Dan. It may have been sick for a period of time as you mentioned. It doesn't take much to stop a discus reaching full potential
