sick discus

hi all, well i got the tablets ,put in the right anount and nothing seems to have changed, not better or worse, he is still hanging around the bubbles and looking dark nothing new,he is still eating. other fish still ok.
should i change any water, if i do how uch and do i add more tablet?
how long untill he gets a bit better?
i took this a few days ago, he looks darker now, than when this was taken the other day, what type is he, ws never told the name would like to know though.
