    pictures of kolkata(India) fish market on 7.3.2010

    Kolkata is one of the biggest and finest city ever in India. this kolkata is also famous for aquarium fish lovers. in kolkata there's a place cal;led gallif street where each sunday this fish market occurs. here i upload few pictures of that fish market. this is not at all only fish market though but a lots of plants and birds also sell in this market.

    I feel very sad for those discus, if they must spend a whole day waiting to be sold in the plastic bag.

    no no they don't spend so much time to sell those discus. discus fish is obviously the most popular fish in India.the sellers sell those discus with in 2 hours and they are also very careful for the oxygen of that fish bag...

    yes it's true that we don't pay too much money for discus . we generally buy a 4 inch adult discus@60$ pair....
