    prawns are great they have very little fat far less than beefheart are full of minerals and full of pigment enhancing substances.

    muscelles might even have more protein and less fat again.

    Thanks Ado, they are still babies yet

    jothy is right, they have very little fat content, but the main reason I am feeding them each day on this is to see how the colours change. I am led to believe that they have a natural yellow enhancer in them. This is something I want to look at more closely.

    Female mussels are pinkish and the males white, so if you only fed the females then you may get some colour enhancement. Top vid Steve, they look like they want to jump out to get at the food.
