    Discus Stew

    Ingredients:
    3 Discus (large)
    Vegetable stock large carton
    Onion
    Garlic
Crusty bread with butter for serving

    Method:
    1. Put in stock till starting to warm
    2. add onion, garlic and discus finely chopped
    3. cook for a few hours and serve with salt and pepper.

This recipe is versatile, you can add your favourite veggies such as potato carrots etc.. for better tasting try wild discus as it has a better flavour..

Would a breeding pair of wild discus with fry add to the flavour discuswidow?
    Why not?

There are some really nice flavour sachets especially made for slow cookers. They have the recipe on the back. I forget the brand - maybe Continental. The one for lamb shanks is really yummy & a favourite with my family. The others are nice too.
