    Unhappy housemates!

Ok, so we just moved our 8 discus from a 3ft to a 4ft.. We did everything as advised by the forum, to the dotted line! ( i studied for hours before we attempted anything) I have checked my PH amonia and Kh/Gh, everything seems fine.
The discus have now been in their new home for a day and are being very shy. In the 3ft they were always out and about and very friendly.. They would come to the glass if i put my finger on it and all.. Now they dont want a bar of us??
    Any ideas??
    2ft... 3ft.... now 4ft we cant stop

leave the light off for a full 24 hours to let them settle, new surroundings and all.

after that feed them small ammounts regularly till they remember who you are.

I've moved my discus a few times due to upgrading tank size - like ILLUSN said, first keep the lights off. Then feed from different places to encourage them to come out and about. I've found sometimes they take a week to get back into the swing of things. Keep checking the water quality in the new tank and keep those water changes up....

    Best of luck
