    Isn't that alanquer curripera? This fish is own by mr Tomsky from Germany.

    Thanks for the link Barbara. They are magnificent photos, and the fry have grown at an amazing rate.

    I don't read German, but I gather he bred them in water with a pH of 7.3 and a temperature of 28 degrees.

    Are you able to give us any more details, like why he chose to breed them in a planted tank?
    Thirty-five years keeping and breeding discus, and I'm still learning :P
