    Adding additional fish

Seeing how I have 3 medium sized Disucs already, do you think it would cause problems if I introduced several more small discus in with them? I can't find anything their size thats under 120$, and I don't really want to spend that much on one....
    Thank you,
    Cory

apparantly the larger Discus excrete a hormone into the water that does not go to well with the smaller Discus, or so I have been told...

Does anybody know anymore about this???

I hear that only the young discus do this, as in the fry, hence the need for plenty of water changes in discus fry tanks. I doubt the larger discus would excrete enough hormones to actually slow down the rate of growth of other discus..... Even so regular water changes should remedy this porblem.

    Cheers

I do daily water changes, or if not daily, every 2nd, or 3rd day at the most, so I wouldn't think it would be a problem. The tank is 108gal in capacity.
    Thank you,
    Cory
