    hi there matt to me it looks like a brown ,with awesome fins .But the shape of the fish doesnt look to good it may be the pic but looks like it is stunted with a big eye to the size of it ,but if you can get a side shot of it it may be better .

    It is stunted the guy i got it off didnt really know what he was doing the other one i got of him is worse i'll try and get a decent pic

    Mate, thats a brown with excellent colors in the fins, as scott said the shape is off and the eye too big, strange the tail bar is soo intense, any chance of a side on pic?

    yep to me they are browns its a shame about the deformitys the top one would be a awesome fish with the colour it has .

    thanks for that.. just as well im not planning to breed from these, they can live out there lives in the community planted tank.

    it doesn't matter whether you breed or not, by buying them, you're creating a market for them. If nobody buys the culls, then nobody will sell the culls.

    didnt buy them was given them by a mate who was gettin rid of his fish.
    i usualy buy off well know breeders with top quality fish

    well, if you plan on breeding discus and you get deformed fry, you'll know where the problem came from.
