Woolies at Engadine have it too.
You can either buy it diced, or minced. 500g minces costs around $7

any shops in the eastern suburbs of sydney sell it? i cant travel that far just for b/h, anyone know if any shops in westfield eastgardens or pacific square has it?

The butcher downstairs in eastgardens used to get it in from time to time, but you had to ask for it

Woolworths supermarket at Menai has it - cubed. Makes it more fiddly to cut out fat & sinew. It's with the kidneys, lamb hearts, etc. Suspect if one Woolworths shop stocks it, most would (or could if they chose to). If your local one doesn't stock it as standard, maybe they'd be get it in as a special order?

Joe's Meat at Menai Market place is betting either beef or lamb heart in for me. He might have to order in more that I need, so if anyone is close by & wants some, give Joe's at Menai a call around 18-19 April to see if they did get it in. He says he going to put what I don't take into his freezer, so you may want to grab it before it goes in there.
EDIT: Oct 08. New Manager since previous post. Either can't or won't get it in. Not sure which.
