Depending what genes you have if it is wild caught they can max out at 15cm. All my are F1 so I reckon they won't be far off that size fingers crossed.

I have Sydney play sand as substrate from bunning, sand stones from local garden supplies and some other unknown rocks from a friend.

The more and more Tropheus I see the more I think maybe I need to set up a tank for them.

Some of the colours are out of this world... they have heaps of attitude, and they dont get that big....

    mmmm.... www.tropheusforums.com maybe... lol

    Proteus,

They certainly have the attitude. There is 2 new OZ trohpeus forums and if you really interest it PM me and I'll pass on the details unless I have the permission to post the link in here. Anyone interest it please let me know, they are great tropheus sites as it has all your info you need and ppl are very friendly as well.

By the way I just started my first Discus tank last week and they are a breath of fresh air to have in my lounge room opposite of the hustle and bustle of my T tank. Very nice contrast.

    Cheers
