Thanks for the shrimp, they have settled in well.
Discus have not yet worked out how to catch them, given that the tank is pretty heavily planted I may be lucky........I hope!!

Awesome looking tank there. Some awesome fish and some great plants.
If you ever wanted to get rid of some of those crypts let me know as I would love some of those, they look awesome!! :D

I would be hiding the heater for sure. Also, remember, heat rises so having it at the very top like that in a horizontal manner is not the most efficent even though possibly the filter is pushing...

Yep, my Discus get the same also. Again they go away by themselves. I put it down to Discus puberty and they are getting pimples lol :D
Seriously though, I alway have a good white spot remedy on...

Wanting to buy a 3 or 4 foot tank with a stand if possible as the turtle has outgrown the 2 foot tank.
Am going to build a pond soon but need something in the interim.

Yep Rainbow is gone. Picked up some bargains there in there last few weeks.
They were the best for Discus in SA I found. Bought 4 from there.

That is cheap as!! You will have to let us know how you go, even if you have to buy new tubes for it I am sure you will be ahead..
