I would use all the Eheims on the one tank.
Have they got all the media in them ?
Starting from the bottom, noodles, course sponge, bio media, fine filter wool.

If you happen to come across some curviceps I would not hesitate getting them, as imo they make a great addition to a planted discus tank.
Merrilyn have you ever had these liitle buggers in with...

I have been injecting Co2 into both Eheims and aquaones for over 6 years.
My Eheim 2026 has is still on the original impeller after 5 years of direct injection.
IMO the damage story stems from...

I already have one.
It has sat nav and is fueled by water with a high nitrate content.
So all you really need is a really heavily stocked tank with an established bio filter.

IMHO peat does nothing but make a mess.........the sword roots lotus ect get tangled up in it and when you relocate them it makes a mess.....

It also maybe worth getting a bottle of Flourish Excel.
Use it as directed on the bottle. Get enough to last you at least 6 weeks.
