Yep, those Yellows were from Ozarowana and they are beautiful fish.. I regret having to sell them. I bought them quite small about 7-8 months ago now.

Purchased a few months ago, although only used for a total of a few weeks, if that. Perfect Condition, works a charm for crystal clear water - $110.00 which includes postage to anywhere in Australia...

Can you see the milt when the male releases it ?
I have watched several confirmed pairs spawn and have never been able to see the milt. Which made me wonder about a post I read a few days back...

Thanks, I agree with you and I kind of guessed that because it was a very small spawn that they may decide its not worth worrying about and "try again".

The new batch of eggs hatched yesterday morning and fry are not currently free swimming - should be tomorrow sometime. Got a fair few this time round. See how things go this time.

The one remaining 13 day old baby that I removed when the parents ate the rest of the batch after they spawned again, is doing very well in his own little tank.
Growing nicely and eating BBS,...

Well today would have been 10 days free swimming - there were 9 littlies left that were growing nicely.
This morning I woke to find that the parents had spawned again and eaten all of the babies...

Can't be certain but according to SLS it is around 18 months - 2 years. But I couldnt be certain. If I had a more room and more tanks I would love to keep him ....unfortunately thats not the case.

Hey Samir,
He really is a lovely fish. He is a gentle giant to. Never seen him be aggressive to any other fish. He is currently the largest in a community tank and keeps an eye on everyone else.
