Finally finished resetting the tank after moving house - the fish are still agisted at a mates place but I think I am slowly getting there and would like some of the other members opinion.

I have had sand that is a different colour to the standered white it depends which region it comes from if the supplier picks up a cheap pallet
it may be a different colour.

I have seen this sort of tattoing on giant gourami except it was the scales that were tattoed to give the fish a " bicolour" its a new thing some people are doing - its an offshoot of "dyed" fish.
