Anyone know where I can find a picture of pop-eye from injury?

One of my discus seems to be having "spasms" and sudden paralysis. Just seems to hang then resumes to normal. Not eating much for a couple of days.

Is this spasm thing a symptom of something...

This filter has only been running about 2 weeks. I normally do about 20-30% WC daily. Will be doing about 80% today.

60 gallon tank. PH 7.5. Hardness 100 ppm. Temp about 84. No new fish. All happened when fish was injured during fight to protect eggs. Remaining 5 looked fine yesterday morning.
