hey... do u plant the macranda as bunch?? if so then wht happen is normal since lack of light penetrating the lower stem... i plant mine singly and they doin alrite... if not perhaps lack of iron as...

I think u might want to try True siamese, they will clean the hairlike algae like a vacuum :)... bristlenose will be a bit too rough on the plants

gonna keep surface movement to da minimum, pump up the growth 4 plant :)... then once a week skim the surface with paper towel *cheap* hopefully work if not gonna luk 4 the...

so the normal reflector we used atm is T8 then... am not prepare to go for MH, tank is only 20 inch high so don't think its worth it... Planning to grow that glossostigma, fabulous in Duck's tank...
