Discus are sick

I had 5 discus all healthy last week. This week i noticed one was not eating and hiding. He immediately went to the quarantine tank. I went away for a weekend and when i got back one that was healthy is now dead and another isnt eating. I also had a congo tetra that looked bruised and is more than likely dead also. I think they have a disease. What are my options to save the rest
