That Royal Whiptail is an awsome looking fish.

And the quality of the pics is terrific.

Use a tripod and heaps of aquarium lighting. I find those two simple additions help most photos come out a lot better. For pro techniques, I have no idea. I'm only a hack. lol. Great photos and I love that royal whiptail as well.

thanks guys ...

biggie1985 -> i use my digital SLR and close up +4 filter ... :) and if you use those compact digital camera, make sure that it has a function called macro.
normally with macro function, the zoom will not work, so you need to adjust the distance yourself .... but the focusing will still work ... :)
and also what vien said, lots of lighting too ... you can try to make your room darker then the aquarium ... :)
