Despite these being quite young sub-adult fish they have managed their first spawn. Dont think eggs are viable despite near perfect water params for Adoketa. 100% peat filtered RO to Ph 4.5, Hardness at undetectable levels and temp 81f...
Need really clean bacteria free water.
Will get em next time....

The eggs certainly looked more oblong than round... As suspected they were infertile and were soon eaten by the male.
