Having some experienc with phpBB I found this option missing as a link and find it invaluable for following threads one is directly involved in without manually searching :)

Posts since last visit is also useful (like a get daily) but that is reasonably well catered for by the recent posts by time option.

Hope this helps some out - it can be frustrating seeing replies - especially if one is not on the site within a convenient time frame and also I prefer not to subscribe to "watching" and returning to threads via email links.

Great resource guys - thankyou! Well done - I am thrilled to see such a well patronised and well spirited forum with a solid Aussie contingent.

On the top of the core entry page www.discusforums.com under your avatar (if you are logged in) there is the option to view all posts since your last login/visit ( or you can click on This, NEW POSTS (http://www.discusforums.com/forum/search.php?search_id=newposts).

Also at the top of every page, there are several search options, by the hour, unanswered posts etc.

Given that 60% of the backend of this forum is unique (i.e. we dont rely on phpBB updates or mods for most things) we have some features other forums have, and a lot that are inique to us (ADN Passport is an example of this, sharing member databases between up to 5 different forums).

We will always try to add features and utilities that the users want and this will be tken into consideration on the next upgrade.

Thanks for the feedback and compliment.
