Here are a few pics of my red lizards. (also called red whiptails.)

I have recently bred these guys!

Fries are a pain in the backside as they will not search for food!
Food must be right under their mouth's!!

Whiptail species are a great little cat and i have 4 different species. 8-)

Thomas.

It took quite a few month's 0f patience but now they are proving not so difficult to spawn. Feeding the fries is proving the tricky part.

Thanks Merrilyn. I am feeding them everything!! As they will not search for food i feed them 4 times per day, BBS, sera microgran, ground flake, zucchini and lettuce are always in thier container.

Cheers Victor, I have 7 in total. a trio in one tank (the breeders atm) and another tank has 2 pairs.

Updated photo's of the fry. They are eating baby brine shrimp off the sponge filter. This method works very well.
