Hi proteus can you help me,each time i send a reply it double posts,am i doing something wrong or are my thumbs getting in the way

Not sure if this is true, as i think there is a flood control on this forum but perhaps your hitting submit twice?

The post control is set to 30 seconds for users, less for advisors.
