What do we feed our Geo's?

What do we feed our geo's :?:

I feed:

tetra bits/discus premium dried food. (they love it!)
frozen blood worms, brine shrimp and mysis shrimp.
spirulina flake food/good quality flake food.

a bit controversial but clean live black worms.
(gets them breeding!)

Daily rotation of blood worms, brine shrimp, earthworms, tiny pieces of beef heart, but mainly NLS Discus and Grow. I haven't really found a flake that they like yet :?

frozen blood worm, flake food, they nibble on the beef heart mix whihc the corys hog down.

also they feed on the frozen baby brime shrimp too!

I many feed mine ORCA PROTEIN PELLETS there like 49% protein and sets em off breeding like crazy :wink:

I have noticed my little ones are very active when they're hungry but aren't when they're full.

Anyone else notice this?

yer with me it mainly happens with my smaller ones 1-2cm
