how can you tell the sex of bristlenose ?????Males get a row of bristles between the eyes running down to the mouth. Females don't.

Matt, sometimes a male wont show bristles till about 10cm, although most show at 7-8cm some are late bloomers.

i have bristle nose as well but have been told they don't like living with discus because they react badly to discus medication

mine do well but is this true?

mine do well but is this true?I think I heard something like that, but can't remember the specifics. Mine have been fine, but the only things I've treated my discus with is whitespot cure, salt and melafix.

Metro + BN = Dead BN

I learnt the hard way, and it only took an hour before one BN was belly up...

I still have BN's with my Discus, just if meds are needed the sick fish gets removed into another tank, or, I catch the BN's
