Whats the best fertilizer and a weekly program?

im wondeirng what u guys do for a weekly fertiliser program, if you could share any info or tips thatd be great? also im not using a co2 system. and what are the brands and if anyone knows a link i could buy em off the net that would be a lot of help

i have aquatic mix down, fertilser balls for the more tricky ones (JBL 7's balls), flourish excel every other day and approx 100W worth of lighting and everything seems to be going ok without Co2. not sure if thats the best setup but it works for me! :)
