Hygros and Vals are really fast growing..
they suck up alot of nitrates too..
but because they grow so quickly, regular trimming is needed

Cheers,
Eric

swords and java are about all that will GROW in that low light

other things will survive for awhile but eventually will die

160watt in a 95gallon is about 1.4-1.5 watts per gallon

to grow plant reallllllllllllly well you need about 2.5-3 watts per gallon

this equates to a tank that is lit up like telstra dome during friday night footy!

great low light plants are swords, java fern and java moss, some crypts grow as well just tie them to drift wood towards the surface of the tank, just under the water!
