I would be thinking maybe 6, but it depends on the size of the fiah, and as to how much maintenance you are prepared to undertake.

Its a walmart brand 55 :lol: Well I'll have 2 emperor 400's, a cannister filter and a uv sterilizer.

I am thinking maybe a 4ft standard, 48x18x18

Hi Texasborn,
Normally for adults fish it's 10gal per adult. Of course this all depends on how often you feed and change water. I overstock my tanks but I also do more waterchanges.
