I thought it's about time I share some pics of my tank.

I've cut it back alot. It was like a thick jungle at one time.
I'll be adding more red plants soon.

Enjoy.

Very nice. You use CO2? What lighting do you use? I just bought a new light for my planted and trying to decide if I should go with 10000K or 6700K bulbs.

thats pretty funny  I though about same thing if it got too big. I actually had six discus in total - two I gave away to a friend and two died from unknown cause.

I caught my bleeding heart tetra trying to swallow a very small Carnie Tetra last night.

Full auto Dupla Co2 everthing except bubble counter from Aqua-Medic.

Lighting:(3watts per gallon) 292watts in total.
Double compact fluro 55watts with 5000K & 5500K
Double T5 fluro 36watts with 10000K & 6700K

Temp 28
PH 6.8
KH 4
FE 1ppm
KNo3 5-10ppm
KS04 20-30ppm

I would suggest you use 6700K. good balance spectrum.

6700K is what comes with the light, but I've been hearing a lot about using 10000K since its a nicer color. Been wondering if plants would like it though.

I love my denison barbs. I got 6 of them from SLS when they were about 4.5cm. They are about double in size now. One of them mysteriously disappear  don't know what happen!

If I had a much larger tank, I would of brought a dozen+. They are the most striking looking fish in my tank.

I've got Java, but I still can't see the pictures on the topic page. I can see pictures on some topics but not others.

However, if I go to 'Post a reply' and look in the 'Topic review' at the bottom of the page, I can see the pictures fine.
