plecostamus catfish

can you put a pleco in a tank with discus. i have been told that they midwater swim so will scare the discus at night. would appreciate comments

eerrrr .... It it was me, I would add smaller cat fish like bristlenose or whiptail as these fish wont grow so big. Some catfish can grow really big and they will disturb discus.
I also had 3 salfin gibiceps that growng huge and Im selling them now
They just too big and sometimes disturb the discus
