What is the best for your discus?? I alway thought of changing the food and giving them alternative something much better. Now your chance to speak for them.

That's a good poll.

I use a mainly beef heart mix of my own making, with prawns, white fish fillets, salmon, green vegetable matter, garlic, vitamins and spirulina added. All minced thoroughly, and frozen till needed.

But I also feed brine shrimp, blood worms, and tetra colour bits too. :P

Pork heart (cost effective), prawn, spirulina, garlic, vitamins, and lecithin.

Have anyone thought or use bodybuilder protien to enhance growth?
What best to increase fertility?
Suggestion are welcome.

i use breeders premium in the morning, lunch time is blood worms and dinner is frozen brine shrimp.

Only 1 tank gets beef heart mix, but will be slowly intoducing it to the others!

Bit too spoilt my fish are! lol
