do not overfeed

hi matt i would start with a 30 to 50% water change then start looking for the reason dead fish uneaten food etc. then cont.. to do water change daily till the ammonia cames back down keep us posted

Waterchanges are absolutely the way to go to bring the ammonia levels down, but another important thing to do is find out WHY you are getting high ammonia readings.

Can you do all your water tests, and post the results here. I wonder if your tank is going thru a cycle again. The readings will tell us that.
