shifting discus

I have 5 discus in 3 feet tank
now i want shift the same to my 4x2x2 feet tank by adding few more
fishes. kindly guide me how to go about feeding, filteration and treating
in case of diseases.

I feed my discus twice a day. Once in the morning and once in the afternoon. For filteration i use a sump, top layer is a bag of carbon, follow by 10cm thick filter wool, then 500 bio balls. I use UV sterilizer also, to help prevent diseases as well as regular water changes. Twice a week.
