Hi just a quick question in reguards to bacteria in filters.
In my 5 foot tank im running a otto 450g turns over 1800l per hour and a
fluval 204 caninster, plenty of filtration in my tank.
If I should take my Fluval out and put it into a bare bottom 3 footer, would it be ready for fish soon.
If i used age water at a desirable Ph. At the right temp.

When you move over your fluval, fill the new tank to about 50% with old tank water then top up with new aged water, and the tank can be used immediately.

Two breeding cones, one at each end of the tank, and lots of water changes (but you knew I was going to say that didn't you  ) and several meals each day of high protein foods including some live food.

Good luck with your breeding plans.
