Remember sea-monkeys?

This is Australia's version of it. Don't require salt water, get bigger, grow faster, less fuss.... :lol:

It's actually a native. Dates back to pre-historic periods.

The species name of the creature (it has 3 eyes!!) is Triops australiensis.
Packaged as a kit with instructions, eggs and food.

Will discus eat these bugs? The outer shell might be to hard to digest. It's prehistoric, but how come we have never seen it before in pet shops?
