Hello all,
Im planning on setting up a discus tank.
Ive managaged to get my hands on a 5 foot x 18inchs x 14inchs tank. This comes out to around 55 gallons.
And i know the rule that 10 gallons per adult discus. Do you think it would be possible to squeeze in 6 discus.
I will be running to large ottos and making my own spray bars.
Tank mates will hopefully be:
6 discus
30-40 cory cats.
Maybey 8 Hatchets.
What do you all think.
Any suggestions or critissom would be greatly appreciated.

Black ghost, was that a typo, 30-40 cats?
or was that 3-4?

30 to 40 i think is way to many
and 3 to 4 is not quite enough.

I think with that many cats in the tank, the discus will not be able to rest at nite.

go say 10,

cheers,
Ben

Otherwise it seems all good!
