Hi All,

Well, in the midst of a waterchange on the discus display tank last night came across 6 or so juvie oto's - maybe 1cm long. Had 4 adults in their for a while but never xpectd them to breed.

Anyone had any experience with breeding them? Figuring I may just leave them as is for the moment but anything I can do to help them along?

Any tips appreciated.....

Cheers. Barry

Hi Ado,

Yep, I thought the same! I was in a bit of shock when I came across them...  especially in the discus tank.

try boiled zucenni, boil it till it sinks then let the fry feed on it.

feed at night while the discus are a sleep and remove in the morning before the lights come back on.
