I just picked up a few baby peppermints :D
I've just noticed one of the smaller ones with something hanging from its gill. It looks worm-like, sometimes it's there, sometimes not, and it kind of wafts in and out when the fish breaths. I'm not sure if it's just mulm, rotting veg, or parasties. Otherwise the little fish seems fine, not gasping or flicking, or acting strange.
In the pic (excuse the dirty glass), it's more or less in the centre of the frame, brown beige in colour. The fish it about 2cm head to tail.
So what do you guys think, anything to worry about?
