carbonate hardness

Is anyone in Sydney having the same problem as me, with the water? This last week when I did a water change, my PH dropped to 6.02.
After dong a water test, I found that the Carbonate hardness was at 0. Normally it is around 3 or for 4 drops.

I tested the water from the tap today and I got 3 drops out of it, and 2 drops out of my tank.
are you heavily feeding your fish as it may cause the drop in your ph.
I would suggest to put in some Sera Kh plus just to get your kh uo to around 2 degree, and do a more frequent water change as to keep the ph and kh stabile.

Water out of my tap is about 130ppm
