It has come to our attention that some folk have decided to help themselves and STEAL copyright protected material from this, and/or other ADN websites and place them on other websites.

This includes any Banner/Logo that we have created or assembled, and have not passed on ownership of in writing.

May I remind you all that this is not only a breach of local laws, but international laws as well.

As per the disclaimer which appears on every publically viewable page on this Network;

Violating copyright laws is a serious offence and is classified as a felony in some cases by United States and Australian federal courts. Any violation of copyrights held by DiscusForums.com, the ADN, or content author, will be vigorously pursued.

You may not modify, adapt, reverse engineer, or in any way exploit any of the Content in whole or in part, except as expressly stated otherwise in the Terms of Use. Any unauthorized use of the Content may result in the violation of copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and statutes, and may subject you to criminal penalties.
COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARK NOTICE (http://docs.aquadotnetwork.com/copyright/3/index.html)

Any unauthorized use of this site or its contents, in whole or in part, will be considered copyright infringement. If the owners of this site sue, as is their right, you may be held liable for attorney's fees; unlimited actual damages or statutory damages; and you may also forfeit all profits resulting from infringement.

We also have legal right to contact any provider who provides webspace for such offenders, and request that any offending site be removed. (Most providers have a clause in the Terms & Conditions stating there ability to remove a site due to copyright infringement).

Consider this fair warning, even if you were an ex-sponsor, you do not have ownership of any images created by the ADN unless authorized by myself or Pyrowolf. Alterations to such images to try and make them look different are pointless as well due to specific elements which are added to such images to prove who created and owns them.
