For some reason I can't open the content in my saved messages. When I click on a message in the saved box, it just keeps going to the main saved box menu.
Cheers,
David.

Try clearing your df.com cookies from your temp internet cache, then log back in and check.

Everything seems normal from all checks that I have done.

Aside from being a corrupt cookie issue, I cant see anything else that would cause a problem.

Unless it is for legal purposes I will not access Private Messages under any circumstance. Regardless if you consent to it, it is something I will simply not entertain. Sorry but I take privacy issues very seriously.

I will do some digging around and ask a techno weenie for further advice but aside from the cookie issue I cant see what the problem is or could be.

Sorry

in internet explorer
click on Tools
click on internet options
in the general tab click delete cookies
then to the right of cookies click delete files
in the popup check "delete all offline content"
click on OK

you browser will stop responding for a bit till all files are deleted. dont touch it or it will crash.

If it still doesn't work its Proteus' fault

In addition to this, ensure you're not on DF.com when you clear the cookies as IE tends to not clean up cookies of the site you currently have open.

If you're using another browser, let us know and we can write up instructions on that as well.

Something else may be blocking your access, as toolbars and other gunk get installed in IE that can cause all kinds of headaches. If you're using IE, click on "View" than "Toolbars" and transcribe the list of items you see.

Thanks for the help. I tried what Samir said and it still won't let me in. When I go to View then Toolbars the list says:
Standard Buttons
Address Bar
Links
Norton Antivirus
Lock the Toolbars
Customize
Cheers,
David.

dont go into "view" go into "tools" ur in the wrong section
could always try firefox as ur browser, it's much better/quicker than IE anyway, and it just might fix ur problem.
http://www.firefox-downloading.com/firefox-2-free/?gclid=CLrq5by504oCFR0OYAod_XDodQ
"also very easy to install"
