Do discus usually form a pair with their own strain. I know different strains spawn, that is why there are so many mixtures. In other words if you have 10 different strains in a tank. (Blue Diamond, Pigeon red, White Swan, etc) vs. a tank with 10 blue diamonds would the probability be the same for a spawning pair or would the blue diamond tank have a better chance.

I hope this makes sense, thanks

Nature will always take its course.

Humans never always find the same race, breed or creed to mate with

neither will the little fishes, but thats what makes the whole thing fun!

Thanks for the reply. So you are saying the probabilities are the same?
